Help with timing for Keratin treatment and Hair Color

Can someone tell me which is first and how soon can one be done after the other?

I prefer to do keratin first and colour after, because keratin changes the colour a lot.

I usually do color first and keratin two weeks later. The keratin does lighten my color but not a ton.

+1 You definitely want to do color first, because the keratin treatment coats the hair cuticle and acts as a barrier, so the color doesn't take as well.

I do color first then keratin. The keratin “seals” the color in and it lasts longer. I know it makes the color lighter but I take that into account when I choose the hair color.

Also forgot to add that I used to wait 2 weeks between the treatments but now I just do them on the same day and my hair looks great afterward.
