Like Homer, which we loved for the preschool age. They couldn’t fake it and color on the screen or just press nothing.
Anything worthwhile? Ages 5 and 7. |

My friend just told me about the app ANTON her 5 year old really enjoys. It's a learning app that rewards successful completion of topics with small games. I haven't had a chance to explore since I just heard about it this morning. Supposedly goes all the way up to 7th grade with their content.
DS6 enjoyed playing Monument Valley, it's a puzzle game. He also liked Little Mouse's Encylopedia. Not really a traditional game but it's really beautiful and educational about nature. My kids also play stuff from PBS Kids and Khan Academy. |
