Playgroup that Nanny can attend?

We are moving to Chevy Chase this summer and will be hiring a nanny to care for our 2 year old. Before the move, he has always been in daycare with four other young children and obviously loves the company. I am looking for opportunities where he can meet up and play, preferably with the same children each day, and our nanny can come along? I know some preschools and playgroups are for moms only. Any help is appreciated!

yes. check out Little Graces Playgroup for kids 6 months to 3 yrs old -- there is one in Cleveland Park near the Cathedral in St Sophia's church. Nannies/parents and/or grandparents must attend with the kids. It is a good mix of mothers and nannies with circle time, free play, snack time, music/singing, twos time, etc. They may still have space for the fall. There is another Little Graces in Spring Valley. I doubt Blue Igloo in Georgetown has spaces left for the fall. Don't know about In Town in Georgetown, but it is the same idea -- kids can attend with nannies.
