My husband and I really like SW DC by the Wharf. We are looking to rent a condo or townhouse with 3 or more bedrooms.
Where is the best place website to look? We make about $250k together. My ideal would be a condo where most things are taken care of since we are both really busy. Good management is key. |

| there are some rental apartment buildings in the wharf itself. those are likely to be 2-bedrooms but easier to find than a condo or townhome. websites like redfin now have a rental tab. |

| There aren't many three bedrooms in SW for rent. Most are 1 bed and studio. Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Compass. |
