Submit the Common App without Rec Letter?

Hello, are we suppose to hold the submission until all recommendation letter is posted in common app? My school counselor had not submitted the school package yet. Should we wait to have everything then submit? Thank you for answering.

Does your school submit their material through common app? (Ours uses Naviance.)

Yes, we are in FCPS, all common app. I am concerned what if the teacher don't upload the rec letter, should we wait until the last minute?

I believe EVERYTHING arrives piecemeal. DS has some transcripts and counselor recs sitting at schools he has yet to apply. I'm sure once schools have a complete package, THEN they review.

No don't wait.

Then keep an eye on the application to make sure there is enough time for the teacher to get their submission in.

Okay, we will submit without Rec letter. After the teach rec uploaded, do we re-sumbit to include the rec letter?

No the school will automatically get the letter.

Just want to make sure this is true; I spoke with two admissions offices that said the letters will have to be emailed to them after the application is submitted. (DC is in FCPS)
