Negative test but positive blood work after missed period?

Yes. Is it super early? What you want to see at an early stage is HCG levels going up continuously and significantly. So a subsequent test will tell you more. One test in itself is not much data.

Oh didn’t realize I may need to go back. Right now I’m Almost 1 week late.

Try with first pee of the day (and maybe try a test where you dip the stick in a cup of urine instead of a test that you pee on directly). I was a full week late before i started showing positive when I was pregnant with my daughter

Get a 2nd beta done. I had a negative home test but a positive beta. Numbers were very low, and it ended up being diagnosed as an ectopic.
