Temporary Ramp Options

I recently moved to a new house that has several flights of exterior stairs that will likely be difficult for my elderly relatives to navigate.

Any recommendations for temporary ramp options that don't cost a fortune. I would like to invite my relatives to the house, but several have knee and hip problems and one relative currently uses a walker.

The stairs aren't very steep, but are several turning (short) flights.

My partner is handy, so if there are safe DIY options I would be interested in those too.

Amazon sells folding ramps. You could buy one, move to each set of stairs as they approach. Or your partner could build a ramp with something added to reduce slipping.

No, a turning set of stairs will be hardest type to ramp, because a ramp takes much more horizontal distance than vertical, and is impossible to use in this situation.

There are companies that rent modular metal ramps, which is what OP needs, but it won't be cheap or easy with those kinds of steps.

Just wondering if you have any other entries/exits to the house? My friend had a ramp built up to her deck at the back of her house as it was more straightforward.

OP here. Unfortunately the stairs are the alternate option - the other entrance has even more complicated stairs.
