I usually cook halibut, sea bass, salmon, grouper, or cod but bought tuna and swordfish steaks to branch out. Is there a way you all like cooking these? I was thinking of searing the tuna in a sesame/soy sauce marinade, but not sure.
Any good recipes or tips? |
| I rub a little tamari on tuna and then put black black sesame seeds on a plate and coat the entire tuna. Sear cut into 1/2 wide wide strips and eat with rice wine vinegar slaw. |
