Synergy Grade 8 High School Common App vs DCC Choice Google Docs Form Confusion

Oh MCPS HS application tech! What a confusing mess.

Buried in my Synergy account is a letter that points me to the 2022-2023 HS Common App. Our address is not listed in the HS Common App and the application says that we have to contact the school to change the address. Only at that point, can we move forward with the Synergy form.

Separately, we received a letter TO OUR HOME ADDRESS (clearly they have it somewhere in the system) giving us a link to a DCC Choice Google Docs Form. The letter seems to suggest that you can only make one choice (I thought that you ranked five).

Yes, for the DCC Choice Form, you rank the schools 1 through 5.
