Do you watch the local news?

I stopped watching except when there is threatening weather. Ever since I did, my stress level has dropped considerably. I actually look at stats and crime isn’t “skyrocketing” nor do I believe rainbow fentanyl is the threat to our children this Halloween. And yes I know for a fact, cops LIE.

It’s the only news I watch. It’s actual news without all the propaganda. Cable news is a complete joke because of the spins and biases (cnn, fox, msnbc, etc.)

I listen to BBC and read the Financial Times. I basically don't care what happens around me because I can't do anything about it. Want to know what the weather is? Step outside.

I read the Post and listen to local radio. I do not watch tv news at all. The local stuff is all if it bleeds, it leads and the national is blow-dried talking heads. Waste of time.

Yes, I watch News 4 every day and have for the past 30 years. I love Doreen Gentzler and still miss Jim Vance. I don't watch any other network local news... only News 4.

I'm not quite a senior citizen but getting there. I can't watch the news but most especially can't watch the weather channel. I have really bad anxiety and watching just ramps it up.
