Best evaluator for 2e?

When my son was in 3rd grade, we did neuropsych testing that diagnosed ADHD and DCD/dyspraxia and found relatively weak phonological processing, but his overall reading scores were average (which was far below his IQ). He's now in 7th grade and we want to redo the testing, especially because he's avoiding reading. Any recommendations?

Who did the testing? An average reading score far below IQ is a diagnosable reading disorder. What county or school system are you in?
