What’s Tucker Carlson’s point?

I don’t listen to Fox or TC, but the headlines around TC’s comments about the Ukraine war are baffling. I know a lot of conspiracy theorists do it for the money. Some do it to sow mistrust in the government, because somehow they believe anarchy would be better. What’s TC’s goal? To many, he seems like a nut. Is there something I’m missing?
