Pressure cooker or crock pot?

Anonymous
I really try to cut down on appliances, but want to get a pressure cooker (WS has a highly rated one) or crock pot to cook beans, since I can't get them right on the stove and eat lots of them. I'm not sure what else I could use either to make. BTW, I am a vegetarian. Please help!

My pressure cooker doubles as just a plain old pot, so if you don't have a lot of extra room, that could be a good reason to get it.

OP,
Have you used both?

I haven't used either one, which is why I'm asking. I remember my mom using a crock pot to make meat stews, but I don't eat meat. I know I could make a veggie stew in it, but I don't know if I'll use it like that or if I would get more use out of the pressure cooker.
