Has anyone here run the Charlevoix marathon (or any of the shorter distances?)

My brother and I are planning to meet up and run the half marathon together. I'm looking for lodging, and there doesn't seem to be many options. If you've run this race, where did you stay?
How did you like the race in general? Looking at the course map, it seems like the full marathon has a beautiful course, but I'm just not sure I can be marathon ready by June. I used to run a lot, but I stopped over Covid and it's probably going to take all I've got just to get half marathon ready.
