| I’ve decided to finally take care of myself and start a self-care journey. I’m not sure where to start, but was thinking if I can find a great life coach, reiki healer, or hypnotist they would be a good start? So any suggestions/recommendations/referrals would be greatly appreciated! |

Just remember this - teachers, mentors, and guides can be helpful. But, you already have everything you need inside you. This journey is highly personal. In the end, spiritual seekers find their paths alone. I would suggest starting with a meditation practice. There are lots of resources online to get you started. Mindfulness Meditation works best for me. Spend time listening to your inner self. You’ll find answers to questions you didn’t even know to ask.
Be cautious. A lot of “life coaches” will flood you with beautiful affirmations and take your money. Not particularly helpful. Join the LightShine Lab (Crystal Anne Compton) on Facebook. You’ll find so many great intuitive healers and teachers, and tons of free information. |
