I just looked at my sample ballot for the November elections, and saw this for PG County:

Question F
Charter Amendment
Compensation of County Executive and County Council Members

To have the compensation of the County Council members and the County Executive comply with State law.

Well, that's certainly informative. Anyone know what it's about?
