Made chili last night and forgot it on the stove for about 3 hours. Lid was on. Can I boil it and eat it tonight as well?

I would. I think the danger zone is 2 hours, so you're not off by much.

Yes of course. 165 degrees F kills bacteria. Just re-heat it. No worries.
