cost of chef to cook in home

I'm extremely busy with kids and work and am thinking of hiring a chef who would come to my house once a week or every other week to cook a number of meals that I could then freeze and have on hand to eat (I work from home). How much do chefs who provide this service charge per hour?

Our cook lady takes - $30 an hour, 6 hours minimum. She will cook for the entire week or two weeks - but you have to sit with her and make a menu, talk about quantities, have tupperware and groceries ready.

Word of mouth. She is of our community and works mainly for our community. We are expats and immigrants from Asia. She has tremendous amount of experience in commercial kitchen.
