This is a fun read....what if the United States was run by libertarians
http://adriansalsgiver.com/ - End all so-called covid restrictions and make sure they never retur - Adrian is not in favor of bike lanes, 25 MPH speed limits or brutal, violent police state surveillance cameras on Connecticut Avenue. - A good reason to vote for Adrian is because dogs love him. - government does not have the right to tell you that you cannot smoke marijuana. So how many votes will he get? |

Ha! Here's more...
I like to freely walk down the street and smell cannabis being smoked, it's the smell of freedom. The Comprehensive Cannabis Legalization and Regulation Act of 2021 seems to be an anti-smoking bill. I would like to see more of a pro-smoking bill. Where is the funding? Many people, especially seniors, are suffering in the Big Pharma death cult when all they really need is a little marijuana. Millions of dollars have been spent to promote injections of drugs such as flu shots and so-called vaccines. Where are the millions to promote cannabis? A pro-smoking, pro-cannabis bill would include funding to promote cannabis as a good medicine. Please add funding to promote cannabis as good medicine to all legislation regarding cannabis. Thank you." |
| If I lived in Ward 3, I'd vote for him. |
| Libertarians would compleltely dismantle all zoning and historic preservation rules. That would be a non-starter for the blue hairs in Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, Spring Valley, AU Park and Palisades. |
| Wippee! We have a candidate for those as*hole speeding commuters from MoCo and Fairfax who don’t give a damn about the lives about anyone else who might suffer the misfortune to share the road with them! |
How exactly are speed cameras brutal and violent? They replace traffic stops, which are often both. |
| It's funny how libertarians have such a blind spot when it comes to bicycles. It's the ultimate libertarian conveyance. |
| They lower the speed limit, put in cameras, then you drive down the road a little too fast for them. Your actions are recorded and put into a data base. Eventually you get a piece of snail mail with a photo of your car and license plate. It says you own them $100 so you go on line to pay it and find there are fines you must pay for every time you drove on that road. Possibly totally thousands of dollars. No problem if you’re rich. An act of brutal violence against regular people. |
