There used to be a place that made them at the Palisades farmers market but I haven’t seen them since Covid. Anyone know if there is another place to get them? With the rainy weather, I would love to have that caramel gooeyness and a tea!

Is their one at DuPont Circle Farmers market? I feel like I’ve seen one recently, and can’t imagine where else it could have been.
