Frost MS clubs... when are they coming?

Any idea when Frost MS is going to post afterschool clubs?

Are they desperately short of sponsors?

(TPMS already had Math Team tryouts...on Rosh Hashanah.)

Roshashanah was monday, a school holiday. Math team tryouts were on a regular school day with activity buses.

Rosh Hashanah is actually a two day holiday for many observant Jews. I’m not even Jewish, but as a teacher, I know that some students will be absent on the second day. It’s an excused absence as a religious observance. I don’t think tryouts should be held on religious holidays unless there is also a makeup day.

So for some fraction of people, every day is a religious holiday. Got it.

26th and 27th were first two days of Navratri. A nine day period of religious fasting for Hindus. I guess the Hindu kids are expected to deal?

I don't see the problem. Choosing not to eat doesn't prevent you from doing math.
