Master bedroom

We have a large walk in closet that houses all our clothes. DH wants to mount a TV to the wall but I feel like we need a dresser or something underneath. However it seems weird having a dresser and not putting clothes in it. Suggestions for a piece to put in our bedroom under a TV that isn't a tv stand?

Our bed is gray.

A console table.

A console, a credenza, a dresser, a bench.

Literally anything.... I have a dresser and it holds our sex toys.

"Primary" Bedroom... referring to it as the master bedroom hasn't been PC for some time now.

Wait, your DH wants to put a TV in the closet on the wall?

I swear HGTV has dubbed in “primary bedroom “ on all their shows.

Unless you have a dungeon next to the walk in closet. Then "master" has a whole nother meaning!

Good, I’ll continue to call it the master bedroom.

If you’re thinking of the property brothers or the Love It or List It people, they’re based in Canada and they say “primary.” A lot of the HGTV “talent” is Canadian.

Nothing is needed under a wall-mounted TV. But, question the placement of a TV in that room in the first place. It's generally acknowledged that better sleep happens when a bedroom is used for sleeping (and sex) and is not used for unrelated purposes like watching television.

See, e.g., https://eachnight.com/sleep/tv-in-bedroom/
