it sounds valuable to me, I just started researching. I would love to know where to volunteer though, we are not church members so makes it hard. Also, how to keep track of the hours and how to send them for the award?

I looked into this about five years ago for my DS. The man in charge of answering the phones was so unhelpful and unpleasant that I gave up after four attempts. I hope he's gone.
