He was an incumbent with name recognition and backing of the machine, he should have won in a walk. His constituent services were so lacking that he was beat by a newcomer. |

| Ward 4 resident here. Whoever photoshopped his promo materials back when he was running did a number on his face. Sometimes I’m really appalled at some of the layouts on the mailers politicians send out. There’s also a hideous one we get periodically from a RE agent in our neighborhood. Mismatched fonts, extra spaces. |
