| What are the requirements to get services through the county in MD, DC and VA? Is it 50% delay in DC and 25% in MD and VA? Will this be changing with budget cuts? |

| I'm in DC and there was not any type of percentage delay requirement for getting services, but perhaps it depends on condition. |
