30 years ago I went to St. Lucia and had some of the best food in my life. The food was incredibly flavored with spices/smells I've never had before or since. We probably had fish and chicken for mains and then traditional St. Lucian sides.

Does anyone know of some awesome St Lucian style food in the DC area?
