I go to Starbucks maybe once a year - I generally find their quality has gone downhill while the prices have gone up. But admittedly, I love a peppermint mocha treat once a year or so, on a crisp morning.
If you go to Starbucks regularly, when do they typically add peppermint mochas to their seasonal rotation? Do I have to wait to Christmas, or is it also on the menu during Fall? |
| ‘Tie the season of pumpkin spice everything. They won’t change their fall specials to winter until after Halloween. I don’t remember which week, but it’s before Thanksgiving. |

You can order it now - you just customize the latte with pumps of peppermint and mocha. Pumpin spice is one of the only ones not offered year round (like Eggnog latte).
I regularly get a cold brew with 1 pump mocha, 2 pumps peppermint and vanilla cold foam - its like an iced peppermint mocha dream

Are you a former barista or just a coffee genius? |
NP. If you get the Starbucks app, you can see all the syrups and drizzles, and toppings, and go sorcerer's apprentice style making up your own frouffy drinks. |
| I just ask for a peppermint mocha. They do it year round and I don't have to specify (I wouldn't know the correct ratios anyway). Once they asked if i wanted chocolate whipped cream and i was over the moon. They know peppermint is a year-round treat! |
| I tried thE cold brew combo and it was awesoms. Any idea how many calories? |
well the cold brew itself is just 5 calores, two pumps of peppermint syrup is 30 calories, 25 in one pump of mocha syrup, and around 100 for the cold foam. so around 150 calories for that drink. |
