We knew he was a disposable when as White House counsel for Bush Cheney, he justified their legalization of torture by referring to the Geneva Conventions as quaint. He has no heart or soul. All he cares about is power.

Ted Cruz is awful but pretty much any Republican would have had the same response if shown the picture of a child killed by gun violence. 90 pct of GOP reps are bought by the NRA.
