Looking for recs with covered outdoor dining that could work in light rain and is very open air (so not a tent w just one side open), anywhere/all over in dmv. Covered patios, etc.

The Salt Line in DC, near the Navy Yard. They have a covered patio and covered bar area that's not a tent. Very large and nice. The food is good too.
