Can you share how you eat them? I understand that 1 Tbsp per day is the recommended amount. Do eat that all at once, or spread throughout the day? If you sprinkle the seeds on something like yogurt, can you eat that right away or are you supposed to let the seeds ‘bloom’ before consuming? Thanks.
I add them to yogurt and muesli. I love them.
Overnight oats
I mix them into smoothies. I don't know what they taste like but am aware they have health benefits.
I add 1T to my morning oatmeal. I enjoy the texture.

I do overnight oats so they bloom overnight. This is a good recipe for using chia in a chocolate pudding:

Overnight oats mostly. Sometimes smoothies.
I mix 3 tablespoons in yogurt and add fruit or nuts. I eat them everyday.
I make chia pudding with bananas and sometimes unsweetened cocoa.
This looks amazing! I will try it. Thank you! |

Chia pudding. Soy milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, sea salt, and maple syrup. Or just chia seeds, soy milk, and chocolate malt Ovaltine; so good.
I also add them to overnight oats and smoothies. |
In my yogurt and overnight oats. Love love love.
I just add them to smoothies. I also recommend hemp hearts to mix into yogurt, etc. because they have a less noticeable texture/flavor. I use both.
I put them in oatmeal. I love them, but I hate how they get stuck in my teeth.
