Apparently this is what 899k gets you in Arlington????

It's just the value of the land, not the house.

I'd say that's a pretty optimistic price for a $900k 7200 sq ft lot on Harriston. Probably closer to 750k-$800k.

Did you just teleport from 2010?

You can't see inside the house. Agree that it looks dumpy though.

We live a block or two from here and it's convenient. Close to the highways and the grocery stores on Harrison/Lee are less than 5 minutes. I didn't realize when buying the house how important the grocery would be but it's held up over the years. The houses on that block seem like they've generally been rebuilt or renovated through the years so it's a decent looking block mostly.

Op. It’s listed as lot/land no as a house

Yeah it's all land. 7200SF is a decent, not huge, lot in a good location. One of the builders could plop a 5K SF home on it.

OP are you from this area or Omaha? This is a shock to nobody..

The housing stock in this part of the country is seriously pathetic, but everyone just accepts it because of "the land" and "inside the Beltway!"

It's a dump. I'm sure the neighbors are happy it's being sold because someone will raze the thing and build a huge craftsman that goes right up to the lot line.

It’s a little high, but nice that that part of Harrison is not a thru-street.
