Wait list success story...

For those of you on wait lists who have a bit longer to wait, just wanted you to know we had no hope when we found out our child had been wait-listed. Found out they had sent out several more acceptance letters then they actually had spaces...anyway, we wrote a letter to the AD praising the school and stating why we believed it was a great match for our child. I called and spoke to the AD as well. Called over spring break and again today, and finally got the great news. So, I guess, don't give up, and good luck to all of you in limbo out there...you never know!!

Was this for preschool or kindergarten? We got waitlisted at a couple of preschools. Just wondering. Would love to know the school if you are willing to share.

OP here-- the school we got into is a competitive school which starts in later grades--NOT for preschool or Pre-K. To answer the other question, I typed the letter...
