I'm gathering my list of private preschools to tour for the application season and would love to round out my DC/CC heavy list with Bethesda schools. We just moved from DC to Bethesda, so I know the DC schools (NCRC, Little Folks, St. Columba's, etc.) well. I know nothing about Bethesda preschools with 2s programs though. I don't mind driving into DC, but it would be great to explore options here as well. Any recommendations? Thanks! |

The Yellow House School is in the Bannockburn neighborhood of Bethesda |
The vast majority of preschools in Maryland are private. Currently public preschool is only for low-income and special needs kids. So you can just say "preschool", no need to specify that you want "private" |
Goddard School was an amazing choice for our family. |
Stop the sock puppet of already, you guys are shameless. |
Everytime a family puts a positive review of Goddard School on this website, someone tries to make it seem like it is sock puppeting. They have a great program for kids. I assume this must be a local competitor that can’t help but try to undervalue the referral to Goddard. You are just making yourself look bad. Stop the nonsense and concentrate on your own program. |

Why would you drive all the way to DC for a preschool? Choose something near your house that you can afford. |
Agreed. My sisters son goes to Goddard and she could not be happier. Their infant daycare was incredible in her opinion, and she has been really happy with the preschool age program too. |
Jeff has indicated extensive sock puppeting of Goddard Bethesda, so any post about it is sus. |
