| At our firm they’d send you home. We’ve been VERY open about dressing standards in the office. No flip flops, tanks, shorts, etc. essentially it’s business casual. |

| They always have beautiful manicures (regardless of gender) and maybe dress a bit more flamboyantly than pre-pandemic when it was generally nice jeans and a shirt or sweater. |

Is this the outfit of the day, or are they coming from their commute? Workout attire is normal in the morning as people come in the door, but they change clothes.
If that's the workday outfit, yes my employer would send you home and charge you vacation time for the day. |

| Not quite as far as your example, but I was surprised that one of our 20 somethings had on black leggings, strappy tank and off the shoulder T-shirt today, with flip flops. I’m not her supervisor so of course I didn’t say anything. |

My law firm did. Saw it happen. The girl was mortified and in tears. My government office dress code policy says they will, but I haven't seen it happen yet. |
