Because it is flat and easy for elderly, I want to walk there with my elderly mom. What are the hours that regular people can use it?

Thanks for the link, but can I use all 3 tracks during the school day ? I thought they were closed during class time.

You can go anytime there are not games being played. I occasionally run on the W&L track during the day while school is in session. Just stay out of the way of classes if they are out there. I've done this for years and I'm never the only one out there.

Yes, that is what the link says. In 2020/2021 access was limited due to COVID but its open again.
