DMV experts on switching to renewable energy for a 45 minute event

I’d like to host a virtual or hybrid brown bag event in my workplace (in DC) for colleagues in the DMV who may be interested to switch to renewable energy in their homes. Ideally, I would like to invite two panelists. One could share their experience with installing solar panels and talk about any incentives offered in DC, VA or MD. Another panelist could talk about repurposing their energy bill to add solar or wind power to the grid through companies like Acadia, without actually installing solar panels. I do not have a budget for the event so am looking for individuals without a speaker fee. Any thoughts on local organizations or speakers I could engage for a 45-minute brown bag?
