ISO memory care facility in DC or inside beltway

Does anyone have recommendations for memory care facilities in DC or inside the beltway? It would also be super helpful to know what people are paying for memory care locally. My MIL lives with us, but it’s starting to just be too much to manage, even with a caregiver.

My dad was in a memory care facility outside of the beltway in MD and he was paying $8500 a month. Beautiful facility and excellent care.

I had a friend whose parent was in memory care at Kensington Park. She was happy with the care. Just outside the beltway.

We had an extended family member in memory care and I think they were satisfied with it, but I couldn’t tell you what they paid.

A close friends father was a Forestside for several years. We visited with them a number of times. It seemed very good. However, they moved him to Brighton Gardens because for two reasons. Primary for proximity for spouse when she could no longer drive, but also because staffing at Forestside had started to be an issue in certain ways. They were happy with are at Brighton Gardens.

Greenspring Village is just outside the beltway. MC is $11,000 a month.

Couple of things to keep in mind…
Depending on where she is in the disease, she might be able to be at a lower level of care (which is much cheaper) until she’s really bad and needs a locked ward.

Also, don’t just look at monthly price. See what that includes. Do you have to pay extra for medication reminders? Etc.

I tried googling for that and I'm only finding "Marian Manor" in Stafford VA. Is that the one you are talking about? It's no where near "inside the beltway."
