Where to eat in Loudon?

Anonymous
We are going on an adults-only shopping trip to Lucketts tomorrow. Any recommendations on where to eat lunch?

I don’t know Loudon. I’ve heard about London, and Loudoun County.

Roots 657 is a good local spot right down the road from the Lucketts shops, if you like casual burgers/bbq type fare. I also really like the salads at Leesburg Public House and Blue Ridge Grill (both in a shopping center that you pass on Route 15 en route to Lucketts).

Cowbell Kitchen or The Wine Kitchen if you want to see downtown a Leesburg, too.

I love Tuscarora Mill—I just looked it up and it is 7 miles from Lucketts.

I do not like Roots. Go into Leesburg and try King Street Oyster House, Tuscarora Mill, or Fireworks Pizza.

I like the food at LPH and Blue Ridge but admittedly the ambience and vibe isn’t good in either. Downtown Leesburg more fun for an adults only lunch

I’m the PP, and yes, I agree about ambience.

Recommendation for Tuskie’s is solid, although I do feel like they’re overrated. Fireworks is good, too. OP, let us know where you went!
