How to help a teen with low self esteem/insecurity issues?

| My niece is such an amazing child. Highly academic, athletic at national level, pretty. But she’s so insecure that she can barely make or keep friendships. Not sure but I think it’s because parents are MC/UMC and she’s stressed out because of some extreme wealth at her high school (private, money culture). What can be done? |
