Can you recommend your favorite Tik Tok or even IG pages for healthy recipes and/or weight loss. I just started a new job and it's very stressful. I'm working a ton of hours, so when I get home I tend to just grab whatever's there. In the past I've meal-prepped for the week, and would like to start doing that again but need motivation and inspiration. If it helps, I'm early 30's female, single, no children. I work out, but want to lose about 20lbs. I love to cook, but I think I just need to automate my eating during the week which will keep things simple for me. I can be more creative on the weekends.
