| I had covid for the second time last month. Since then I have usually once a day a suddenly very sharp pain in one ear. I’ve never experienced this before having covid and it started within a week or two after testing positive. Has anyone else had this symptom and had I go away? How long did it take? Any treatment requires? Could it be something unrelated to covid? |
| I get this when I am sick. It sucks. My theory is it's nerve pain due to inflammation. I have never talked to a doctor about it though. But that's what it feels like to me...nerve pain. I have a lot of experience with inner ear infections and swimmer's ear and it's neither of those things. Mine lasted for 3 days when I first had covid and resolved. |
| Little peroxide in ear couple times a day |
This is good advice for swimmer's ear. I would assume the OP has ruled that out. |
