I will cross-post in Special Needs. I am seeing experiences with anyone knowledgeable of this program. Thank you.

Are you asking about SESES? This is a very small program and you are unlikely to find anyone else knowledgeable in this forum (and maybe not in special needs). What are you trying to understand? If the IEP team decides this is the correct placement for the student, I don’t think there’s much choice about it.

It’s a very specific program. Placements are through a IEP team. Very well run and respected. The kids need a lot of emotional support and seem to get it. Students are generally only in those classes except for some electives.

I toured the program and learned quickly that it was an amazing program, but not right for my child. I was blown away by how much support was offered and how caring everyone was.

If your child’s IEP team is considering the placement, you can ask for a tour which I highly recommend.
