Inconspicuous health monitor / step tracker?

I can’t think of a good solution and am turning to you experts for help!

I currently use a Fitbit for fitness tracking and like it I don’t need a lot: step tracking, mileage, stories climbed, ability to link to track over time. When I don’t like about it is how it is worn. If I clip it to my hip or put it in my pocket it falls out or is pushed off and falls at various points during the day, and if I clip it to a bra strap, you can see it through my clothes as it is bulky and sticks out.

I hate wearing anything at the wrist so a traditional fitness watch or bracelet style tracker is out. I also do not have my cell phone on my person at all times so simply tracking through my phone is also not a great option.

Is there another solution that I am not aware of? Or am I just stuck using the clip on pedometer as what works the best if you don’t want to wear a watch?

Do you carry a phone? My iPhone does all my tracking and has all that you list wanting to know. No idea how accurate it is compared to Fitbit or Apple Watch, but it works well enough for my needs.

Yes, I have a newer model iPhone, and it does a really good job of tracking, I know, but I just don’t carry my iPhone on me all of the time.
