Does anyone have recent experience with Copare in Potomac?
I gained 30 lbs over Covid and need major help taking it off. I’ve heard it’s “pricey”but have no idea what the fees are. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks! https://coparehealth.com/locations/potomac-weight-loss-center/ |
I'm curious too. I've tried dieting and exercising on my own and it is not working. Have gone from a 6 to a 12 over Covid and I need help. Wondering what the price is. |
I think it used to be called IMP180. |
I know someone who lost a lot of weight on that program but I think it $1000/month. Shakes and food and you add protein and veggies. Not sure about Copare. |
Is there an exercise component to this program? |
I just signed back up. I had used it when it was Emp180 and lost 13 pounds. However, over the last several years, death in the family and other issues meant I’ve gained back some of the weight. they quoted me $1200 for four weeks. But said the six week program was the best because you get the seventh week free, so to speak. But that would’ve been $1700 and I could not even afford that. 1200 is pushing at. You do get packets of dry powdered meals along cereal packets, protein shake packets and bars. Along with food you get a plan for when to eat and weekly weigh ins. You add your own approved vegetables and greens as well as 7 ounces of lean protein for the evening meal. It does work. But I found it a challenge to go back to regular food when I’m not eating their premade packets since comparable protein bars, and shakes in the commercial arena are higher in sugar. Hope this information helps. |
