The Actual Orange Burger, any thoughts.

Has anyone tried this? The Actual Orange Burger.

I like all the ingredients, but am thrown by the term burger. Burger invokes hamburger to me. Does it have the seasoned flavor of a beef hamburger (spice blend, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, ovata seed)? Is is savory and umami, like really meant to be an alternative to meat (not that I think anyone would believe it is beef)? I know some black bean burgers have a hamburger taste. Not sure I'd like savory sweet potato. Wish they would use the term patty.


Also, how would you eat it? I'm leaning away from on a bun. Thanks.

Sounds more like a vegetable side dish than a burger.

I would try this except I don’t like bell pepper so the red pepper addition makes it a no go.

Savory sweet potato recipes are delicious, btw.
