I like de lazy lizard for the view and outdoor seating, but not sure they have a lobster roll. I got one in Rehoboth though.

Yeah it would be helpful to know where you are staying. de Lazy Lizard, Mackey's, Dead Freddies, Seacrets, Fagers, Ropewalk, Fishtales...there are a ton of places with waterfront dining but are all pretty similar in terms of menu offerings. Are you looking for a place for a nice dinner or casual lunch? Also do you want to look at the bay or the ocean? All of the places mentioned so far are on the bay side.
