Her legs look so “photoshopped” in that last one with the pink sneakers.

Hun go back to your own posts. Brandon would gift you experiences like a first class vacation to wine country or handsewn quilts from a 17th century villa in Uruguay, take care of the kids and the house for a week and massage your feet. Tyler gets you an ugly ass mixer and robot litter box, and you say you’ve never been loved like this before. Embarrassing.

Especially when its a mixer she practically asked for publicly by posting how much she loved it to a million followers or whatever she has. Then she acts like he knows her so well to choose it.

DP but I don’t get is that over 17k people liked this post. Are these bots? Who is still legitimately following her?

I went and scrolled thru the “likes”
that I could see for that post and every single one (save for the couple from the people I follow) all come from private accounts. So something fishy is going on.

The one with her in the black leggings looks photoshopped. The basket or whatever is behind her looks like it’s in front of her leg in one spot.

I don't know much about this kind of stuff, but I'm guessing she pays to have her posts boosted and that there's some kind of mechanism involved in doing that that produces more likes.

I have an Instagram where I do sky and sunset photos with about 225 followers. At my peak, I got about 20 likes per picture. I had services comment on some of my photos, telling me to send them to the service and they would get me more engagement. I tried it and, of course, found out you have to pay so I dropped it. But there are photographers who get literally thousands of likes. I'm sure they're paying for it. Maybe Jen uses something like that.

Here’s what separates Jen from real influencers: when Jennifer Garner shills for kitchen aid, she does it by telling a story. So she’s in the kitchen with her mom making cookies or she is up at the crack of dawn making pancakes for her kids before they wake up and she’s telling you to ignore her cat’s pleas for a second breakfast. It feels authentic and it’s as if she lets you in her home. In Garner’s ads, the mixer is nothing but a tool she can use to express love for her family. For Jen, there is no story other than diarrhea of the mouth: “My boyfriend spent a lot of money on me! Oh and he also bought my daughter an IPHONE!” For Jen the mixer isn’t a vehicle for her to show others love thru cooking but a thing that screams to her, someone loves ME! It’ll be junk to her in a few years when that style is no longer trendy and she’ll heave it into a dumpster. Here’s the thing with kitchen aid mixers - get a classic color because they can last 20+ years.

Anonymous wrote:Sad that she doesn’t have any self worth and requires validation from expensive gifts. It does seem like she’s pining to be a partner with KitchenAid and I noticed Jennifer Garner, who gets paid to endorse KitchenAid, liked her post.

On another note - that Dylan post makes it seem as if she never redecorated after the divorce. The interior design of the house seems like it’d be something Brandon would like. If my husband left me and I didn’t sell the house we lived in, I’d at least redecorate it.

So she did the Bob Dylan lyrics after they watched Parenthood. She has dramatically redecorated their master suite, or maybe Jenny and Shonna did it for her? And she has made a lot of other changes- floors, ceilings, etc. I think the Dylan lyrics were actually her idea. And I have no problem calling her out, either. That mixer not only seemed like a huge plug for "look at how real our relationship is, guys! $700 worth of real!!!", but it also seemed like a desperate pitch to get Williams-Sonoma and/or KitchenAid to pick her up as an influencer for them and to start sending her stuff. I hope they don't. Influencers are basically the ultimate moochers and it's disgusting.

I don’t know who decorated what, but I call her dark red kitchen “The Dungeon”.
The fact that those two were ever on HGTV is hilarious.

Her interior decorating aesthetic gives off divorced Texas dad energy.

The new hot pink bathroom with dark wallpaper is pretty. Her Amazon prime day posts were the first time I remember seeing that. Wonder if it’s new.

I first discovered Jen Hatmaker around a decade ago with Interrupted. My woman's group at my church in Dallas read it and thoroughly enjoyed it finding it fresh and thoughtful and very relatable, all of us young moms like Jen, a couple of us pastors wives. A dear friend who I was catching up with over the weekend asked me if I knew what happened to Jen Hatmaker. I said I really hadn't, only that she had gotten divorced awhile back and was now much more political online, like many others. She said I needed to check out this board and I spent way too long on it since then. Part of me really hates this board as it's a snark board of all things bad about someone many of us liked and saw as a teacher and friend. And part of me is really sad as it details how someone can fall so far from where they once were. All of us change and grow with time and experiences, Lord knows I have, but the young woman who wrote Interrupted seems to be an entirely different person than the one we all see online today. It's like night and day. Jen doesn't owe me anything and I don't wish her anything but happiness and contentment but it just makes me sad. Some of the stuff on this board wow.

I'm glad Sass is far away and not living with them because I feel he and Jen would gang up on Remy.

Jen is so annoying, but I have to say I find Tyler even more annoying and I actually think in many ways they are a perfect match.
