I lost 10 lb in the spring.
I *kept it off* all summer! The same weigh-ins, still hanging in there. But a schedule change caused me to drop exercise during the summer. I’m still SO active in my regular old life. A random hike wouldn’t be out of the question. Sweating hard during a home project this summer is frequent. So I feel pudgier, probably my weight maintenance is muscle loss, lack of formal exercise. All good, because I am headed into a new period of exercise again! I should get right back on track. ___ This week I sort of went off the rails on eating. I have an event tonight and feel bleh. Fitting in my clothes, bleh. Any advice? I’m not asking to lose my tummy in one hour. Just.. looking for a little love, commiseration, dressing while feeling pudgy advice. |
Just remember absolutely nobody cares even close to the amount you do. So you can pick whether you put more mental energy into this or something else. |
How much do you weigh? How tall are you? |
Wear something that looks great (right color, right cut). Do you hair, wear lipstick and do not drink or eat anything salty. Plan a long workout tomorrow. |
