Recommend a decent budget choice dishwasher (for a rental apartment)

I'm a landlord. The dishwasher in our rental unit seems to be giving up after 12 years. Any recommendations for a replacement that won't break the bank?

We got a GE dishwasher 12 years ago and it’s still going strong.

Check Facebook market and Craigslist. Dc is full of people buying and/or renovating and pull out brand new dishwashers.

+1. This is not an early replacement.

But get a GE with a steel tub and simple controls.
