I am getting over a cold, not covid, my lungs are fine but my nose is still runny. I get exhausted with colds and mostly stayed in bed for a few days. When I go out to exercise again should I take it easy or pick up where I left off? I think I'll go on Saturday. |
Just follow your body. Start out gently and see what you feel like doing/feel capable of doing. I don't think it matters beyond that... |
Take it easy. Work your way back up, and go grandma-style by shoving some tissues up your sleeve in case your nose tries to run away from you. |
Take it easy. There is nothing to be gained from pushing while you're sick. Absolutely nothing. Heck, even if you're off for a full week or two, what's that in the grand scheme of things? |
